How to measure yourself?

  • Remove any clothing covering your midsection.
  • Use a vinyl or fabric measuring tape.
  • Bust- Measure around the fullest part of your chest
  • Waist- Measure 2 inches above the belly button (Have enough room to put 2 fingers through, you don't want the waist trainer to be to tight.
  • Hips- Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
