How to measure yourself?
- Remove any clothing covering your midsection.
- Use a vinyl or fabric measuring tape.
- Bust- Measure around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist- Measure 2 inches above the belly button (Have enough room to put 2 fingers through, you don't want the waist trainer to be to tight.
- Hips- Measure around the fullest part of the hips.
